Service Scope
VPN41 provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions for use with AI tools, streaming, international websites and remote work. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, connection methods and subscription status are as shown in the user panel.
This service provides network connectivity only. It does not include memberships, software licenses, content purchases or account eligibility for third-party platforms. The relevant platform determines its own regional policies, account reviews and content licensing; a successful connection does not guarantee access to every feature of a third-party service.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. Users must keep their login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not publish subscription links, lend accounts, share access with others, resell or distribute this service, or use it to provide unauthorized access on someone else's behalf.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for devices managed and used by the account holder. This does not permit account sharing among multiple people or commercial resale. Device connections are still subject to the selected plan's data allowance, network conditions and client compatibility.
Monthly subscription data resets on the monthly anniversary of activation. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and any applicable jurisdiction, as well as the rules of the platforms they access. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, illegal transactions, malicious attacks, malware distribution, data theft or other unlawful activity.
Users must not disrupt route operations, damage service systems, access another person's device without authorization or affect other users' connections through abnormal requests. Users are responsible for confirming that the content and activities they access are lawful. Network connectivity does not authorize any particular activity.
Service Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Network performance depends on factors including local access, carrier routing, destination websites, route congestion and device status. VPN41 does not guarantee a particular connection speed, fixed latency, uninterrupted operation or continuous availability of third-party applications.
Maintenance, upstream failures and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect connections. If an issue occurs, check the subscription status and try another route first. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Problems caused by user configuration or changes to third-party services will be handled according to their actual cause. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Restrictions and Account Termination
If a user engages in unlawful use, resale or account sharing, maliciously disrupts systems or otherwise materially breaches these terms, VPN41 may restrict the relevant connections, suspend the subscription or terminate the account based on the severity of the impact. Restrictions may be applied first when necessary to address an ongoing security risk.
Users who disagree with a restriction may sign in to the user panel support ticket system, explain the situation, provide relevant records and request a review. Orders and refund matters following account termination will be handled under applicable policies and laws.
Changes to These Terms and Related Policies
VPN41 may update these terms due to service changes or legal requirements and will display the month of the latest update on this page. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Users should review updates and can submit a support ticket with any questions.
