Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how VPN41 handles data when you browse the website, manage an account or use subscription services. Account and billing details are used to provide the service, not to record which international websites users access.
Account and Order Data
VPN41 does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Account data includes your username, password verification information, subscription status and data usage, and is used for authentication, access management and usage calculations. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status and transaction details. They are used to verify payments, provide subscriptions and process refunds. When you submit a support ticket, this service also processes your description of the issue and any attachments you choose to provide. Do not include passwords, complete payment credentials or subscription keys in a ticket.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Information
VPN41 follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through subscription services, store browsing histories, access content or DNS query histories, or create records that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
While a connection is active, the system processes the connection state needed to forward traffic and maintain the session. This state is released when the session ends. Persistent connection logs containing individual source addresses, destination addresses and timestamps are not retained. Usage for billing is handled as account-level summary data and does not include a list of destination websites.
Troubleshooting relies on aggregated operational metrics whenever possible. If diagnostic information is needed from a user, its purpose and scope will be explained, and information that is no longer necessary will be deleted once processing is complete. The website's own security records are handled separately from subscription traffic and are not used to build profiles of cross-border access.
Site Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources and button usage. They may involve page paths, device and browser types, visit times and referring pages. These statistics describe use of the marketing website and do not read browsing content from subscription services.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, remember language preferences and save essential interface settings. When analytics are enabled, related identifiers may also be used to recognize repeat visits. Local login credentials are used only for account authentication; avoid keeping a session active on a shared device.
You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings. After doing so, you may need to sign in again or reselect your language. Restricting essential storage may affect panel features but does not change the data-use boundaries set out in this policy.
Payments and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment channel or transaction network. VPN41 receives the transaction results and verification details needed to complete an order and does not collect payment account passwords.
Third-party payment processes are subject to the privacy rules of the relevant provider. Records on public transaction networks are governed by those networks' own mechanisms; deleting an account does not delete transaction records from such a network. Check the payment page and order details before paying.
VPN41 does not sell personal information. If a service partner needs to process data, only the information necessary for the relevant task is shared. When disclosure is legally required, the basis and scope of the request are reviewed.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and transaction records are retained for as long as needed to complete settlement, handle refunds and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and diagnostic information are deleted or de-identified after issue resolution and any necessary review. Analytics data is kept only for as long as needed for its stated purpose.
You can sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account information. To protect your account, this service verifies the requester's identity and explains the outcome and any categories of data that must be retained by law. Deleting an account may make subscriptions and past orders unavailable, so please resolve any outstanding matters first.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Substantive changes to data purposes or processing scope will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Any processing that requires separate consent will be explained before it begins.
If you have questions about data processing or wish to make a privacy request, contact VPN41 through a user panel support ticket. See the Terms of Service for service rules and the Refund Policy for refund rules.
